·         Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others such as your account balance, transaction history and parties to transactions; and

·         Information which may be received from other sources with your consent.

What Information We Disclose and To Whom We Disclose It:

We do not sell, share or disclose any information about you or any of our clients to non-affiliated third-party marketing companies.  We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to our affiliates or non-affiliates without your express consent, except as permitted by law.  We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to persons or companies that perform services on our behalf and to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.  All of these companies have similar privacy policies.

We do not disclose non-public personal information about you in connection with the transfer of your account to another financial institution or if you decide to close your account or become an inactive customer, unless it is at your request or the request of your representative.  If we change this policy or find it necessary to disclose your personal information in a way that is inconsistent with this policy, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to “opt out” of such disclosure.
